New Features & Improvements

Exhibitor Logo configuration from SF

  1. Introducing a new Upload Logo button on the Exhibitor record.

  2. Supported formats: PNG, JPG and JPEG and Recommended dimensions: 200px x 260px.

  3. Logos are uploaded to AWS, and the Public URL is stored on the Exhibitor Logo URL field.

Improved Brochure UI for Sponsorships on Exhibitor Portal

  1. Redesigned the UI and added a logo next to Brochure to improve visibility.

  2. Re-located Brochure Link next to the Sponsorship name so that it is not lost in the expanded description.

Updated reference for Item Description

Description for Sponsorship and Add-On Item types is now derived from Fonteva’s eStore Description field.

Primary Contact on Item record

  1. Primary Contact is now also stored on the related Item record when a purchase is made for Booth or Sponsorship.

  2. When bought from Exhibitor Portal, the logged-in user is set as Primary.

  3. Also applies to Booth reserve.

  1. Introducing a button on Account that lets you generate/email a purchase link directly to the exhibitors.

  2. Supports Sponsorship Items only.

  3. Exhibitors click the link, login and complete purchase.

Dynamic Pricing in Fonteva in SF

  1. Use the standard Price Rules feature to set different prices for Item in Fonteva based on Account or Contact fields.

  2. Supports Booth purchase from both SF and Exhibitor Portal.

Dynamic Price display on Exhibitor Portal

  1. Exhibitors now see prices according to the price rules set for Booth Item in Fonteva on Exhibitor Portal.

  2. These prices now also include Corner charges, if applicable.

Bug Fixes

Broken Exhibitor Logo on Exhibitor Portal

  1. Introducing a new save mechanism that stores the Logo in AWS and render them on the Portal using Public Link. The link is stored in a new Exhibitor Logo URL field on exhibitor record.

  2. Supports both Booth and Sponsorship Exhibitor records and applies to both Existing and New Exhibitors.

Shared Exhibitor Status

When a reserved booth is shared, Exhibitor records now stay in Waiting for Approval status. The status now changes to Confirmed only when the booth is confirmed.

Known Issues

  1. When a Booth with Member Price Rule is moved, the new SOLI for the Booth does not take Member Price. Instead, it uses Default Price Rule.

  2. Dynamic Pricing is not applicable for ShowCycle or No financials system.

  3. Dynamic Pricing is not applicable for Sponsorship Items.

  4. Primary Contact on Sponsorship Item do not get populated when the sponsorship is bought from exhibitor portal, it works fine while using Manage Sponsorship Items on opportunity.

  5. Description for Sponsorship Items on Manage Sponsorship Items currently shows HTML of the formatting from eStore Description field on the related Fonteva Item.

  6. When a booth is moved/vacated and Cancelation Fee is applied, nothing is done in case of Fonteva Financials. The fix for this in this package did not work.

  7. When Logo is uploaded on Account from Exhibitor Portal, the UI does not indicate if a file is uploaded or not. Changes update upon saving.

  8. When a logo is uploaded for an account, shared exhibitors do not get the logo.

  9. No format validation is enforced when logo is uploaded from Portal. Broken Image is displayed in case of an incorrect file type.
